Where can I purchase your products?

You may purchase our products at our e-store or at any of the stores listed here.

How long does it take for online purchases to be delivered?

For purchases through our e-store, the delivery lead time is around 3 – 5 working days.  If you require the items urgently, please feel free to visit any of our stockists listed here.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

As these are skin care products which are applied on the face and body, we are unable to accept any returns.  We are happy to provide an exchange in instances where (a) the wrong product is delivered, or (b) the delivered item has passed its expiry date.

Will you be carrying any other brands?
